Invitatory Antiphon: Let us praise Christ the Lord as we celebrate the feast of St. Joseph.

Hymn

First Antiphon: The angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph and said: Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; she will give birth to a son, and you will name him Jesus.

Psalm 21

Second Antiphon: When he awoke Joseph did as the angel of the Lord had directed him, and took Mary as his wife.

Psalm 92

Third Antiphon: Joseph left Nazareth and set out for the town of David called Bethlehem to register with Mary.

Verse: The just man shall blossom like the lily.

Resp: He shall flourish for ever in the courts of our God.

First Reading: Heb 11:1-6

Response: Therefore through faith he was counted as justified.
